A 7" in-flat monitor: video calls with the door station, entrance view and one-touch door release.
Real-life example
It's 11 pm in a rental apartment. A guest rings from the gate and the hallway monitor shows him on screen. The host lets him in with one touch.
In the evening the host switches on Do Not Disturb. If someone rings and nobody answers, the monitor saves the visitor's photo. In the morning the host checks who came.
