Own catalogue, availability and opening hours, orders and their fulfilment, own settlement and invoices, also from a phone.

Multi-merchant catalogue
Products, services, scheduled services, fees and vouchers, with variants, add-ons, allergens and descriptions in six languages. Each offer can differ by building, channel and hour.
Moderation
A partner’s product appears in a building only after the property and the operator approve it.
Orders
One cart split into sub-orders per merchant, each with its own status; time limits, automatic cancellation with refund and alerts to reception.
Fulfilment
Delivery to the door, pick-up at reception or a vending machine, a booked time slot for a service, or a digital result such as a late check-out updated in the PMS and in the room key.
Devices and rooms
Every screen, kiosk and machine linked to its room, zone or location, with status and software version.
Tenant fees
Rent, utilities, waste and the local tourist fee, calculated and reported per unit and per stay.
Ledger and reports
Every payment recorded with its split per merchant and property, ready for reports and accounting integration.
Money goes straight to each merchant
MarketSpace is the technology, not a wallet. The settlement model keeps every merchant in control of its own money.
- Each merchant has its own merchant account with the acquirer partner, and card payments go straight to it
- MarketSpace does not hold customer funds
- A full split ledger from the first day: every payment matched to the order, the merchant and the property
- Refunds run in the payment application on the terminal
Sales channels
Every channel uses the same order logic; only the device and the way of paying change.
Room screen
The 11-inch screen at the door, desk or bedside, identified by its room. Pay on the same device or charge to the room.
Vending machines
SPACE vending machines connected as a channel: products, slots and stock in the same catalogue, payment on the machine’s reader.
Kiosks
Lobby and corridor kiosks for check-in, fees and the shop, with the kiosk’s own payment terminal.
Web link and QR
A QR code on the screen, in the room or at the door opens the same order on the guest’s phone, paid by a payment link.
Room bill (PMS folio)
Orders charged to the room go to the hotel PMS and are settled at check-out together with the stay.
Tenant account and retail
Monthly fees on the tenant account, and groceries from retail partners delivered to the door of the room or flat.
Built by SPACE, open to partners
Our own system
The catalogue, order engine, ledger and panel are SPACE’s own software, developed for buildings rather than for a single vending machine or shop.
Adapters for everything else
PMS, vending machines, payment and accounting are connected through adapters, so a building can start with the systems it already has.
Import and API for merchants
Catalogues can be imported from CSV or XLSX, and retail partners can send product and stock feeds through the API.
Data in your hands
Orders, catalogues and reports stay on the SPACE platform, in the hosting model the building chooses.
