How Space Engine Cloud (managed private cloud) works
On Space infrastructure we run separate virtual machines (Proxmox VE) for you with a private instance of the Space Engine platform: MQTT broker, microservices, databases and API. Space Gate hubs connect only to your instance, and your systems use its REST API and WebSocket.
One platform, several deployment models
Space Engine runs in these models: Cloud (shared SaaS), Cloud (managed private cloud) and Edge (on-premise: appliance or BYOI), which can be combined as Space Engine Edge + Cloud (hybrid, HA/DR). All of them use the same software, API and devices, so you can switch models without replacing devices and keep control of the infrastructure and security procedures on your side.

In Space Engine Cloud, customers share servers and their data is separated logically. In Space Engine Cloud (managed private cloud) you get your own virtual machines with dedicated resources and your own platform instance.
Yes. We size the virtual machines’ resources to the project and increase them when you enable heavier functions, such as a VoIP system.
