About SPK Windows
SPK Windows designs and manufactures aluminium windows, doors and curtain wall systems, and supplies windows and façade elements for larger projects in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The team brings over 17 years of experience in aluminium façades.
SPK covers the whole process: design, sample submission, visual and performance mock-up testing (VMU and PMU), fabrication and technical consultation. Every order goes through material inspection, in-line monitoring and a final quality review before shipment.

Curtain walls: stick and unitised
Aluminium and glass curtain walls in stick or unitised systems, for high-rise, commercial and public buildings, airports and large glazed areas. Frames in powder-coated, anodised or PVDF finish in any RAL colour, with tempered, laminated, Low-E or insulated glazing.

Windows and window walls
Fixed, awning, sliding, bifold and special-shape aluminium windows, and front-glaze window walls in 100 and 150 series. Window walls are the system used on most of SPK’s residential towers.

Doors
Lift-and-slide, casement and bifold doors (2–8 leaves), and automatic sliding, swing and revolving entrances. Doors can be prepared for multi-point and smart locks and for SPACE access control.

Façade elements: cladding, Brick Snap, balustrades
Solid, composite, honeycomb and perforated aluminium cladding (2–5 mm), Brick Snap dry-fixed thin brick on aluminium rails, glazing systems and glass balustrades, so that the whole envelope comes from one supplier.

Smart façade: BIPV, ventilation, smart glass
BIPV façade panels in solid colours, aluminium-look and stone finishes, intelligent ventilation with weather sensors and window actuators, power-generating smart film that switches between clear and opaque, and self-powered façade lighting. SPACE connects them with access control and the building management system.

Projects in the EU
For every project in the EU we confirm the required documents before the order: CE marking and the declaration of performance under EN 14351-1 (windows and external doors) or EN 13830 (curtain walls), and the fire classification required for the building.
