SPACE Intelligence Concierge
An AI concierge in every room, flat and office. Guests, residents and tenants ask in their own words; the concierge orders, books, adjusts the room and passes tasks to the right people, within the limits they set.
One request, everything that follows
Example: “Breakfast at 7:30 and a late check-out, please.” The concierge orders breakfast from the hotel catalogue, requests the late check-out in the PMS, extends the room key to the new time and shows one confirmation on the screen.
What the concierge can do
Requests in plain language
Guests type or tap what they need on the room screen or in the SPACE app, in the language of the screen.
Ordering services and goods
Room service, minibar, laundry, taxi and tours, groceries delivered to the door: everything in the MarketSpace catalogue of the building.
Room and building services
Extra housekeeping, maintenance requests, do-not-disturb and bookings of meeting rooms or shared spaces.
Room control
Lighting and climate through the SPACE room controller, with the same scenes the guest sees on the wall panel.
Access
Open the door to a delivery, extend the key for a late check-out or send a time-limited code to a visitor, through Space Engine access rights.
Stay and PMS
Late check-out and stay extension go to the hotel PMS; orders can be charged to the room bill when the property allows it.
Information
Breakfast hours, check-out time, Wi-Fi, house rules, local recommendations and the status of every order.
A person when needed
One tap connects the guest with reception by video through the SPACE door panel and intercom.
Orders and pays only within the limits you set
The concierge never spends on its own. The user decides what it may do without asking.
- Every order is shown for confirmation before it is placed, unless the user has set a standing permission
- Spending limits per order, per day or per stay, and categories the concierge may use
- Payment by tap on the MarketSpace screen, or charged to the room bill or tenant account where the property allows it
- Card data never reaches the concierge or MarketSpace software

Breakfast, minibar, late check-out, taxi and tours from the room, without calling reception or installing an app.
Residents
Monthly bills, maintenance requests, deliveries to the door and visitor codes, on the screen at the door or in the app.

Operators and staff
Requests arrive as orders or tasks in the MarketSpace panel, with time limits and alerts to reception when nobody accepts them.

Privacy by design
The concierge works with the room, the stay and the user’s preferences, so these principles apply to every request.
Consent first
Profiling and personal suggestions are switched on only with the user’s consent. Without consent the building runs on general rules and schedules.
Opt out at any time
The user can withdraw consent, switch off suggestions or delete preferences, and the system falls back to the building defaults.
Local where possible
Designed to process data on the Space Engine Edge server in the building wherever possible, so occupancy and habit data stay on site.
GDPR as the baseline
Built around GDPR principles: a clear purpose, data minimisation, retention limits and the user’s right to access and erase data.
Functions are configured for each building. What is available depends on the devices installed and the systems connected; we confirm the scope in every project.
