The lock communicates with the TTLock app via Bluetooth within a range of about 5 m. For remote control over the internet you need the G2 gateway – a generic TTLock Wi-Fi gateway, available separately.

PIN codes assigned in the TTLock app or via the API can have 4 to 12 digits. Codes entered directly from the lock menu have 6 to 12 digits (depending on the lock firmware).

The LS-C81 works with the TUYA and TTLock platforms. It can be unlocked with a code, card, fingerprint, the mobile app, a physical key or Bluetooth. The LS-C81 has a built-in Bluetooth 4.1 BLE module. It is made of high-grade aluminium and zinc alloys.

The LS-C81 wireless smart door lock can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is controlled from a smartphone with the TTLock app. It can be unlocked in five ways: fingerprint, PIN codes, RFID cards, mechanical key or mobile app. The double-latch design lets you set the handle for either door opening direction. The lock is powered by four AA batteries (not included).

The lock itself communicates via Bluetooth when you are within 5 metres. For remote control over the internet, you need the G2 gateway, which can be purchased separately at any time.
